The Magic of Setting Intentions

It's a New Moon today -- and a Supermoon at that!

Farmers and fishermen go by the moon phases to seed and harvest, because they understand how much of natural life is powerfully influenced by the moon's energies.

The ocean's tides are governed by the moon, too. And our bodies are made up of 70% water.

Why not align with natural energies instead of going against them? Why not make your life easier?

New moons are auspicious times for new beginnings. We can actively co-create with the Divine and natural energies by setting clear and focused Intentions for what we want to bring about in our lives in the coming month.

Here is an Intention-setting process I have found increasingly powerful (the clearer and more focused I am, with relaxed, good-feeling energies, the more powerful the effects) in my own life that you might want to experiment with 😘--

Write down (in the present tense, as if it has already happened, with positive-feeling words and imagery) on your journal what you would like to manifest in the coming month.

Select one closest to your heart.

Write it down (ideally at the same time each day, when you're most relaxed) 55 times a day for 5 consecutive days. As you write it, feel good about it. Don't skip a day. Build up on those feeling good energies for 5 days (the number of change and transformation).

Then relax and watch what unfolds in the coming month. 😘✨
