The Power of Higher Masculine Energy

It's unfortunate that men get such a bad rap. It's more unfortunate that this minimizing view of them is based on and perpetuated by popular masculine images in media that do not reflect the full scale of masculinity, from the karmic to the sacred masculine levels.

At best, these popular masculine images in media so far have predominantly portrayed the overly stern, logical, control- and war-freak types of men, the macho armed soldiers and war heroes, the bloody sports champions, even the cruel tyrants.

However, as I've already discussed in The Power of Feminine Energy, these are usually only the Karmic and Juvenile energy consciousness of certain men. There are still the Emerging Masculine, Graduating Masculine, and Sacred or Divine Masculine energy consciousness levels of men and which all boys and men can still aspire to be.

Mr. Karmic would be often in a state of rage, maniacal, bullying, ego-tripping, a control freak, rejecting of and closed to others, co-dependent, war-bent, wild, narcissistic, blaming, a user, kills/destroys feminine energy/vulnerable people/children, a psychopath, greedy, tyrant, toxic, aggressive, revenge-focused, doesn’t know how to responsibly wield masculine energy to protect the innocent and vulnerable, is pathological, a predator, emotionally dysfunctional, disconnected from his true soulful power so he imposes physical force instead, domineering, insecure, parasitic, self- centered, self-absorbed, possessive, often angry, ungrounded, unstable, addictive, his heart is dead, a destroyer, unpresent, a charlatan, attacks, lacks purpose or has distorted purpose, a stalker, unconscious, engages in unconscious and even violent sex, and has a tornado energy of wreaking havoc and destruction in his path.

Mr. Juvenile does not keep promises and is commitment-phobic, with a little boy or prince energy, self-centered, wishy- washy, out only for a good time but when the going gets rough promptly disappears, insecure, lacks confidence and authority and compensates for it in bravado instead, a Romeo, draws on feminine energy for sex and filling up, turns to feminine energy to take care of him like they’re his mommy, creates confusion, worry, anxiety and tantrums when he doesn’t get his way, game-playing, boys’ club mentality, living for and showing off his collections and trophies, foolish risk-taking, breadcrumbs, ghosts, abandons, disappears, is immature, engages in unconscious sex, fun but unreliable, and basically lacks honor.

However, there are still these following higher-level energy consciousness of men to recognize, affirm, and encourage more of!

Mr. Emerging Masculine is awakening to his inner powers while his heart is opening to himself first and his own wounds and traumas. He stops blaming them on others and stops looking to others to heal him. Instead, he begins to take responsibility for himself, and establishes clearer and stronger boundaries for his energies. He begins to trust and to create and co-create. He desires to be a hero, providing safety and security for others, willingly and freely sacrificing his own comforts and conveniences. He finds more meaning in serving others instead of having others serve him. He grows into his nobility and gallantry.

Mr. Graduating Masculine has become a conscious creator, more spiritual, with an expanding heart to cover the community and even the rest of humanity; a believer, protector and defender of the value of life in all its forms. He listens and holds space for others but is still not very self-confident and decisive. He may still be 'ungrounded' in his masculinity, more expressive of his feminine qualities but still holding back on fully expressing his higher masculine powers, so he expresses himself in mostly soft and gentle ways.

At the Diosa/Divine Feminine/Full Goddess and Sacred/Divine Masculine levels of Consciousness, both feminine and masculine energies are healed and integrated within one’s self, so persons at this level can actually consciously decide to shift from their feminine to masculine energies and back again, in sacred inner union at last, according to what the circumstances require of their energies.

Mr. Sacred Masculine is the soul’s expression of true Power; possesses solid inner strength; honors self and others; takes command of his own life; expresses reason, dignity, nobility, self-confidence, decisiveness; takes risks wisely; uses energy to accomplish things that serve the Good of others; physically leads, provides and protects; engages in conscious lovemaking; and worships the Diosa/Divine Feminine.

We should have more of these images and real-life examples in our households, communities, societies and popular media!

With Awakened and Conscious people, both feminine and masculine energies are well developed, integrated and articulated within a single person. Therefore, they are more balanced and whole and can work with other people more harmoniously regardless of others’ dominant energies. They are not co-dependent on others but interdependent with others, since they are already balanced and whole within themselves.
