This started as a passion project around this time last year, from a training I did for grassroots community women and gender and development community leaders (a handful were men), which I called, "Diosa 101: Growing in Awareness and Empowerment", as the city officials wanted a more personal enrichment training than the usual gender and development official training. The response -- both from the women and men in the training -- was so enthusiastic that they invited me for more training even before I had left! The men said they wanted to join in, too, and the women said they wanted to bring in more of their men also. I was so inspired by their resonance that I went on to build a website about it, created a Facebook Diosa Ways page and The Diosas community for it, then wrote Diosa 101: 3 Everyday Ways to Unveil the Goddess in You and Diosa 1.0: 8 Essential Goddess Ways to Your Royal Life, in less than a year! I welcomed the opportunity of the lockdowns to focus on doing what I loved, and these are the results! Now, I'm on to another step forward for Diosa Ways which I will launch in December.
I grew as this passion project grew, so much so that I stepped up to finally decide to early-retire from my 23-year successful and rich academic career last July 29, just to focus on this now, flinging myself at God's total care and Provision. Look what love and passion can do, hahaha! But, I have no regrets. I am happy and content doing what I love every day, even in these uncertain times. Although some will say I've positioned myself for a very uncertain future, I counter back -- who is really certain about their future, huh? This pandemic has made that clear. So, I would rather spend the rest of my days and years finally doing what I love to do than not.
From time to time, I have been asked what is really #DiosaWays, and I try to explain as briefly as I can that it's about women rising up to their "Diosaness" (Divine Femininity) to bless the world. But, then, I realize not many are familiar with the concept of Divine Femininity and Sacred Masculinity, and even the different levels of Feminine and Masculine Energy Consciousness, which I discuss at length in my books and training, but which might not be appropriate to discuss with people who are just asking me randomly what #DiosaWays is all about, given the limited time and non-conducive spaces we find ourselves in. So, I leave it at that, hopeful for and trusting in a more appropriate time to share with people what it is about.
I am now moved to update the original Diosa Ways logo I just played around with at the start. This logo embodies what Diosa Ways is all about. I hope and trust it becomes clearer for all who are interested in general, but for the Diosa Ways subscribers and new Facebook Diosa Ways Likers and The Diosas community members in particular.

The lotus is a symbol of purity, enlightenment, regeneration, and rebirth. Even if its roots are mired in the dirtiest waters, it grows and produces a most beautiful flower.
The lavender and violet colors represent royalty, nobility, and divine femininity, while the dark and light purple colors represent growing in spirituality, magic, and mystery. Green is the color of the heart chakra, for true, unconditional Love.
The Diosa (Divine Feminine) journey is all about these. No matter where we are in our life circumstances -- even if they are muddy -- we can harness our inner powers to rise up to our nobility, royalty and divine femininity, in mystery, magic, and practical spirituality, to produce a most beautiful flower out of ourselves and our lives, in the full blossoming of Love as our deepest essence.
